(1) Health is very important for everyone. (2) Some people often get headaches or sore throats because they don’t take care of themselves. (3) Doctors say we should exercise regularly to keep our bodies strong. (4) Eating fresh vegetables and fruits helps us stay healthy too. (5) If you have a fever, you should drink warm tea and rest. (6) Many teenagers eat too much junk food, which is bad for their stomachs. (7) A good habit is to drink at least 6 glasses of water every day.
(1) When you’re sick, you should visit a doctor or a pharmacy. (2) A nurse can check your temperature and give you advice. (3) Some illnesses, like the flu, can be very dangerous if not treated. (4) You should cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. (5) Washing hands with soap kills germs and prevents diseases. (6) If you follow these rules, you will avoid many health problems. (7) Remember: prevention is better than treatment!
